Early reports contain information on changes in public transportation such as taking out rail cars and putting in trolleys or buses. Reports contain statistics on accidents and passengers as well as information on fare structure, lines, and other issues. The reports during the 1940s are engineering reports for outside companies, the 1950s reports are almost entirely statistical, and the 1960s reports contain brief narratives but are primarily statistical.
